This short video discusses VTBs and gives an example of how vendor financing allowed for the sale of property that would not qualify for conventional financing options. The key is understanding the vendor&#8217;s problem, and working with them to develop a proposal that addresses those problems, while providing the buyer with an opportunity to finance the purchase outside of the conventional lender space, like banks and trust companies.
